I know that many women coaches, consultants, healers, and entrepreneurs talk about how money can be a real issue in their business when they are first starting their business. They also may just be plain stuck trying to increase the number of clients and increase their monthly revenue goal.  For women, it can be a real emotional roller coaster which can leave them feeling exhausted in their business and sometimes wanting to throw in the towel. If you are experiencing these kinds of money blocks, then you’re not alone. I know exactly how paralyzing this can be for your well-being and your business, and that’s why I am so passionate to share some tips on how you can push past your money blocks no matter what!

Step 1. Where are you at? This might not feel good at first, but you need to know exactly how much you are bringing in every month. I have spoken to many women entrepreneurs that either don’t know this number because they are afraid to look, or they want to hide and not share with me their numbers for fear they will be judged. Honestly, this kind of thinking and behavior will be the death of your business if you don’t know. First get over the initial fear of what you might be thinking, and then start tracking it.  When I first started doing this, I ended up doubling what I was making the next month.

Step 2. Let go of the shame around not having money or being in debt.
Many women entrepreneurs have a lot of guilt and shame around racking up the debt even if it’s invested in programs that they need to grow their business.  You are not the same person when you attracted your debt, and in order to grow your business, you have to understand that debt is part of creating success.  You need to have revolving credit in order to take your business to the next level and invest in the next program or mentor that will get you to where you want to be.  Focus on creating more money, and debt will no longer feel like a gremlin that is always on your back.

Step 3.  Change your relationship with money so that it wants to be around you 24/7.  If you feel you are always chasing money, or it’s feast or famine, then this means you have a broken relationship with money. In order to have money be around you, you need to first fall in love with yourself.  Your self worth is directly related to what shows up in your bank account and the kind of clients you attract.  It’s important to identify when you feel your relationship with money start going downhill because you can’t change anything that you are not aware of.

Do you feel confident when it comes to attracting money and the right clients into your business? Do you have problems charging what you are worth, and you discount your services because you fear that if you don’t take this approach, then there will be nothing left?  Do you beat yourself up with the lack of money you have in your bank account, or when something doesn’t go right?

I have found that how you feel about yourself now is how you will attract money.
When it comes down to it, it’s all about the relationship that you have with yourself, and if you really love the person that you are.This is so simple. However, many women entrepreneurs are experiencing this exact lack.  If this is you, then check out my three simple steps on how you can make more money by loving the person you are right now.

Step 1. First,it’s important to write down how you currently see yourself
both in business and your personal life. If you feel bad about how you are with your business, then also look to other areas such as your relationships, and see how you view yourself there. If you are not in a relationship, then ask yourself why you are not in a relationship.

Step 2. Write down what you feel your story is around money. For example, you view money is hard and if you have to struggle. If you make a mistake then you feel like a failure.  Whatever seems to be a reoccurring theme and pattern in your life, write it down. You also need to identify the people in your life that have given you this story. It might be when you were a child that one of your parents or both made you believe that you were unlovable by their words or actions. This creates self-awareness of this story so that you can start changing it.

Step 3. Next, write down everything that makes you unique and why you are lovable.  This is simple, yet many women can’t find things that they appreciate about themselves,and this is a problem because they stay stuck in not feeling good enough which causes them to either not make money or go to the next levelor even taking the next step to launch their business. Your self worth isdirectly related to how much money is in your bank account, so the more you work on falling in love with yourself, the more confidence you will have to take action, and being able to stand in your full power.

The quickest path to creating sixfigures or more is creating high-end coaching, consulting, or practitioner packages.  If you are getting tired of going after low hanging fruit, then follow this five-step process to up your game and step into your success.

Step 1. Determine what you will offer. This can be an intensive day where you help your client address one issue.  If you are a practitioner, maybe you take them through a healing process that gives them a specific result.  The idea is to be laser-focused and create an accelerated path to give clients a result.   You can also offer programs that have a longer commitment like six months to a year.

Step 2. Create an outline of what your client will receive in their high-end service.  If you are doing an intensive VIP day then have a timeline of how the day will flow and what will happen with each step and hour used.

Step 3. Create an enrollment process where clients see the value of what you have to offer. It’s important how you appear in your conversations
and learn how to overcome objections, such as “I don’t have the money.”

Step 4: Pick a goal of how many clients you would love to work with per month.  This goal must be doable, but also allows you to stretch.

For example:

3 Intensive clients at $997 =$2,991
2 year client at $5997= $11,994 (then figure out how much they are paying you per month)
3 -6 month clients $ 3500=$10,500

Also, think about small business contracts, as these can be much higher.
A one-day intensive can be $10,000 or even more!

Step 5:  Master your mindset around the issue, “Will they pay for this, or “I hate selling.” If you don’t do this, you will not attract high-end clients. You need to go out of your comfort zone and work on changing your beliefs around selling. Come from the place that you are helping, and that you are there to get them the results they desire.   In order to attract high-end clients, you must become that person already. Don’t wish for it, go out and do it!

Bonus Tip: You don’t have to take on just any client. Come from an abundant mindset and that there are plenty of clients that would love to work with you. Taking on clients that are not a good fit will cause major energy and money drains in your business.

Every year, I plan a bold and beautiful vision for my business that helps me go to the next level of not only money, but how I am serving others and giving back. This is not wishful dreaming; this is creating what I call luxurious which allows me the freedom to do the things that give me comfort and have fun.  I have learned some things along the way that are a must have in your money blueprint for your business. If you want to go down the same path as the year before that is not where you want to be, then you have to start doing thinking and doing things differently.  This will take you out of your comfort zone but trust me, it will pay off in the end.

First, what is a money blueprint?

A money blueprint is a map of where you are and where you want to go.
I teach this to all of my clients.

I want to share with you some key elements to help you create your own
money blueprint to attract more clients and sales, so here are a few things that work
and doesn’t work in a money attraction blueprint.

What works: setting bold, beautiful goals that make your heart sing!
Think about what really excites you and the possibilities.  Don’t let anyone take you away from your vision.

What doesn’t work: playing small and staying within your comfort zone.  I truly believe we are meant to grow, and sometimes that can involve taking risks is a must to becoming a truly empowered woman entrepreneur.  I know I have been there before, and I still feel uncomfortable as I continually stretch myself.

What works: creating a blueprint that is SPECIFIC and CLEAR.  The more detailed you are about what you want, the EASIER it becomes to attract it.

What doesn’t work: not knowing what you want or being too general. If you constantly send out the message of telling yourself “I don’t know what I want,” then you can bet that you attract the same kind of energy which is confusion, or no new clients or sales.  Also, by generalizing what you want (example: I want to be rich), you may find yourself $1 richer, but really, is this what you want?

What works:  enrolling in a program or some mentoring.  My business took off once I took a leap of faith and did this.  If you want to be successful and you don’t want to make the same amount of money that you did last year, then you need to do this.  The investment will pay off once you let go of your fears and affirm that this is exactly what you need to go to the next level. If I were to start all over again, my biggest advice would be find a mentor and stop trying to figure this out on your own, as it will cost you more money and time in the long run!  The most successful people I know invest in themselves on an ongoing basis.

What doesn’t work: telling yourself that mentoring doesn’t work or any kind of program that doesn’t teach a skill or helps you shift your beliefs. This is limited thinking.
Also, telling yourself that you don’t have the money to invest in these programs.  When you focus on not having the money, then you will experience just that.  I encourage you to explore the possibilities that you do have it, and then watch what happens!

What does works: give yourself a timeline for the amount of money you want to make, and then create an action plan.  I love timelines (instead of deadlines).  You need to take consistent action to create magnetic money blueprint, otherwise you won’t see a return on your energy. So get moving and plan each action step out!

What doesn’t work:  being scared to set deadlines, or being so rigid that if it doesn’t happen on that date, then you think it won’t work.  Not taking action will not get you to your bold and beautiful goal for 2011 in your business.

What does work: most important, believe that you can, push through the obstacles (because they will be there), and get excited to EMBRACE the New Energy of the New Year!

Stop sabotage in your business in 3 simple steps

Are you telling yourself that you can’t do it?  Do you find yourself getting excited about your business, but then you stop because something happens to steer you off your course?  If this is your situation, then you are not alone. I have come up with three easy steps that will help you to get back on track and into creating more prosperity and joy for your business.

Self-sabotage shows up in many ways. Trust me when I say that I have been through it so I know how challenging it can be.  If you are like many passionate and driven women entrepreneurs,you might feel stuck and want to throw in the towel when things don’t work out as planned. It’s easy to give up, but this is the wrong mindset to have, and if you give up, then you just become like everyone else.  You are here to fulfill your life’s purpose;  in order to do that you have to realize and be OK with things not always working out 100% of time.  The good news is that you can turn around any situation and actually have it work out better than you ever imagined.   Self-sabotage is the number one all-time dream crusher that will disempower you and your business.  I want you to be successful, so here are three ways to help you overcome your inner saboteur.

1.Delete your old ways of seeing yourself. When you see yourself as not being able to attract your first client or first six figures in your business, you recreate that pattern of self-sabotage.  When you deletethe old images of failing, it will help you to create the space to hold new images of success. Imagine if you were to go shopping for a new wardrobe and your closet is so full with old clothes that don’t fit or are so outdated that you can’t possibly put your new clothes in there until you do some cleaning up.  It’s important to go through all the old images and stories,and then address them as they come up.If you really want to immerse yourself and be open for more prosperity,then write down all of your negative images that you see about yourself that are not serving you, and create new visions of success.

2. Stop comparing your success to other people in your industry. If you are one of those people who are checking out other people’s websites and feeling overwhelmed because you feel that are not there yet, then you immediately need to stop.  Comparing yourself to others in your industry is an energy drain.  In fact, it takes you out of your focus and flow, especially if you are a sensitive person.  I remember my coach telling me to stop looking at other people’s stuff and thinking that I was less than.  She made me realize that I had a gift and that people would seek me out because of this gift. Additionally, if I just focused on my success, then I would start shifting my situation around and I found that she was right.  Spend time focusing on what is working right now. This could be that you took the first step in your business and hired a mentor or coach.

3 Create a positive self-talk with yourself every day.  How you talk to yourself is everything. If you tell yourself it’s impossible, then you will create beliefs that reaffirm this, and you will attract exactly that belief.  When you talk to yourself in ways that are more loving and nurturing, you can start to shift out of the negative emotions that cause stress and the inability to take action.  Self-talk can be used to powerfully release your old self-sabotaging ways.

For example, if you are not making money right now in your business, then shift from telling yourself from the belief that it will never happen and that you have to struggle to the belief that I can do this and somehow, some way it will all work out.

3 steps to heal your issues with money so that you can make and keep more

Many passionate driven women coaches, consultants, holistic practitioners, and entrepreneurs have issues around money. They might have a lot of debt or they find it hard to make and keep more money in their business.  I have helped clients heal their issues with money so fast that some in less than 24 hours are attracting new clients and doubling their revenues in record time.  I am so passionate that I can help anyone heal their money issue as long as they are willing to follow my exact step-by-step system.

1. Surface up your negative beliefs around money. If you are having issues with money then you need to look at the beliefs that are negatively impacting you. These beliefs can be things like:

I don’t deserve to be spiritual and make good money
I fear success
I fear failure
Money is evil
People that are rich with money are bad
If I have money my friends/family won’t like me
It’s hard to have a success business in this economy
Why would someone want to hire or buy my products/services since
I don’t have that much experience

Once you surface up these negative beliefs around money, then you can really start to free yourself from having it be a taskmaster.  One of the most powerful full processes that I teach in my Money and Miracles Breakthrough program is getting to the root of someone’s money issues.  First, we look at the beliefs, and then we go back to moments in their lives when it first was created, this is called Reprogramming Your Inner Child.

Unfortunately, affirmations alone don’t work to heal your money issues because they fail to address the root cause.  I have worked with clients all over the world and have taken them through this powerful and freeing process.  As they progress through it, they feel
a huge sense of relief.

2.  Have a debt forgiveness attitude. If you find that you are beating yourself up around debt, then understand that you can’t create more when you are focused on lack. Step three in my 7- step Money and Miracles Breakthrough Program, I have clients focus on making money instead of debt because it helps them to shift from lack consciousness into prosperity consciousness.  *I paid off a $20,000 debt using this exact same process!

3. Move forward and be uncomfortable.  You have to take the next step in order to attract a new client, or your very first one and this can make you feel uncomfortable.  When you stay in your old routines of playing it safe, it’s hard to attract more money to you.  By playing it safe, you might be telling yourself or doing the following:

I can’t invest in one more thing because I already did another program that didn’t work and I am in debt.

I don’t like getting on the phone and talking to people they will just think I am trying to sell them something

I don’t know what the first step I need to take so I won’t do anything.

You have to push through this thinking, and stand firm in your own power that by taking the next step that sometimes  might be uncomfortable to open up more opportunities than you can ever imagine.

How to confidently enroll 3 new clients in 30 days

Are you struggling with enrolling clients?
How do you feel when you can’t sign up a client?
Or if you are BRAND new to your business and have no idea where to start?

This can be extremely frustrating because you live by the spiritual principles of I loving to help others. However, when it comes to money and clients that’s becomes a huge block for you…right?

I have written a checklist that will help you to get clear on what you need to do in order to change this around in the next 30 days.

Client attraction strategies made simple:

Set an intention to attract three new clients in 30 days. For some of you, that might be a huge trigger if you are new to your business, or if you have fear or block around selling.

(And hey, if you are feeling a little ambitious, then put it out there to attract more than three!)

The next step is to get clear on the kind of clients you want to attract. The problem I see is that coaches, consultants, and practitioners don’t know who they want to work with, so they just blindly market to everyone.

MYTH: When you market to everyone, you actually make it harder to attract clients.
The secret is to get CRYSTAL CLEAR about your ideal clients. When you do, then you will see them appear out of blue.

Fill in the blank below

My ideal client is ____________________________.

Now that you are clear, you need to focus on what you are offering.
This is what I call your offer or packages.

If you are a coach, then you can offer coaching packages.
For example, you have a One-year Diamond package; that program is your highest level of a client working with you 1-1.

Then you also have a lower end package that would provide a client less contact time and would not offer all of the things in the highest program.

Apply this same model to consultants and practitioners too!

From there, you want to know how to price your services, programs,  and packages. It’s important to charge what you are worth. Otherwise, you will be giving away your power and devaluing yourself.  I know coaches that keep giving away their services for free, and as a result, they never make any money. This is due to fear and not knowing how to charge.  I have a formula that walks you through step by step on how to charge what you are worth in my Money and Miracles Breakthrough Program.

One tip is to stop charging hourly.  This doesn’t serve you or the client. Come up with a package where the client sees the value, and not the hourly price.

Now on to one of my favorite points: how to have a conversation that sells.
For example, let’s say you have prospective clients that are asking you about what you charge and offer.

Do you tell them your prices and fees right there on the spot?

That answer should be no.  Instead, what you want to do is to create a simple selling template to walk  prospective clients through.

Here are the key points to have in your client attraction selling guide:

Talk about their issues and challenges
Understand what they want
Explain your offer with your signature system (This is your own step-by-step process
that will get them the results they desire)
Offer them incentives and bonuses for signing up

The last step is your marketing plan, so here’s what you need:

Create lead generation strategies that attract people to this discovery session.
You can do this online or even at networking meetings.

Focus on meeting as many people as you can in the next two weeks. Then you can schedule your time to meet with them either on the phone or in person.

If you get 10 appointments and have all these systems in place, then you should be able to attract three new paying clients!

I receive many emails from women entrepreneurs that have program and services but don’t know how to get clients interested in signing up. This is a problem because if you don’t know how to enroll clients, then you won’t’ have a sustainable business. One of the steps that I teach all of my clients is how to create an enrollment guide for their prospective clients. As a result, I have taken brand new coaches, consultants, and practitioners, and help them to attract paying clients by using my enrollment formula. Even seasoned entrepreneurs are able to attract higher-end clients when applying this formula, which results in thousands of dollars in revenues. Understanding the selling process and mastering it is critical for your business. If you haven’t done this in your business, then I want you to read the following steps on what you need for your business to confidently enroll your first or next client.

Step 1. Identify who you want as a client. I know this might sound simple,
but if you are speaking to people that don’t fit your client ideal profile, then
you’re just wasting your time and theirs.

Step 2. Create an enrollment guide that you walk your prospective clients
through. This should include some of the challenges that they have experienced.
For example, a weight loss coach would ask the prospective client what kind of
issues they have had when trying to lose weight. From there, you want to
lay out the solution. This is where you come in. It’s critical
that you do this, otherwise you’ll be spinning your wheels.

Step 3. Create your magical system
Have a system that you take your prospective clients through. This process is what I call
creating your signature system. It’s where you take your magic and put it
in a step-by-step system. This helps to create your credibility along
with sealing the deal. I have helped realtors, coaches, consultants,
and healers do this exact step, and when they do it, this sets them apart
from everyone else.

Step 4. Give incentives as to why they should register or purchase
from you right now. If you don’t perform this step, then your leaving money
on the table and not serving them, either. Ask yourself the question:
“What can I offer in a program where people will take action now? It could be
a bonus of some sort, or some kind of a savings.

Step 5. Deattach from the outcome of the sale. This is
one of the most challenging things that I find that women entrepreneurs
have to do, especially if there is a belief of not having enough money.
When you let go, money does flow, and you align yourself with
the right kinds of clients. If you don’t do this step, then you might
in fact get the sale, but come to find out the client you are working
with is not a match for you. If you have followed the enrollment process
correctly, then you should be able to convert seven out of 10 people that
you speak with. If not, then you don’t have a powerful enough
process, and I suggest that you get some help because it’s critical
for the success of your business.

I know many women entrepreneurs hate the thought of selling something
or being pushy, so that’s why I created a sales process that is more feminine

If you find yourself saying there’s no enough time to get what you need done in your business, you are not alone. I help women entrepreneurs that lead busy lives. If you are like me you have no time to waste and there are some tasks that feel so daunting that you don’t want to do because either you don’t know how or it’s just too time consuming. Changes are these tasks are not income producing. Many women entrepreneurs waste more time doing tasks that are energy drainers because they haven’t learned the power of delegating. Once you do this you can shift out of feeling like there’s not enough time to feeling more energized about your business and being able to do things that you love. Here’s an easy checklist to follow that will help you to leverage your time and design your schedule where you are focusing on things that are income generating.

Leverage your secrets, tips, and checklist so that you can attract more clients and make more money

First make a list of daily and weekly things that are energy drainers.

Example:
Weekly- Upload weekly newsletter
Time it takes to do this task- One hour

From there make a decision of which task can be delegated.

Upload newsletter every Tuesday- delegate to virtual assistant

(saves you one hour)

Write down your current schedule for each day to see where your time is really being spent
this includes the time you go to bed. I want you to be honest with yourself to see where your time is really going and see if can delegate a task to someone else.

  • 7am Wake up
  • 8am Exercise
  • 9am Create newsletter
  • 10am Upload newsletter
  • 11am Create images for sales page
  • 12pm Call clients about
  • 1pm Answer emails and eat
  • 2pm Surf internet
  • 3pm  Hang out on Facebook
  • 4pm  Run errands
  • 5pm  Answer customer service emails
  • 6pm  Eat dinner
  • 7pm Finish fixing website code
  • 8pm Relax
  • 9pm Relax
  • 10pm Go to bed

If you look at the above example you can see that delegating some of these tasks will save you a few hours in your day to do things that are more income producing like talk to prospective clients.  Also looking at your schedule can give you insight to what is really keeping you from moving forward. The internet can drain your business dry if you don’t have a clear plan to delegate what is an energy drain for you.

Write down the number of hours you will delegate.

I am delegating _____ hours per week.

For example if you have two hours everyday that are spent doing things that are energy drains you can hire a virtual assistant. Put that money aside in an account so that you know you won’t spend it. Trust me if you go out to eat, you have the money so make a commitment to do this now.

Create the mindset that you have the money to delegate so that you can have more time

One of the issues is that you might feel you don’t have money to do it, or you want to save money. However, if you give yourself a 30-day challenge of delegating these tasks and in place of what you have them doing you are filling your time connecting with prospects and other income generating activities you’ll find you feel better and that you can actually attract more money and clients. After all you want to experience freedom and joy in your business so how can you do that if you don’t give yourself permission to delegate
