Yes, this is how you do it!

Something most people don't know about me is that
I love learning words in other languages. It makes me
feel more connected to the rest of the world somehow.
Right now I am planning my trip to Italy in November,
so I am re-learning Italian.

One of my favorites is this beautiful word in
Spanish...MILAGRO. Quite simply...

I am visualizing my ideal body and nothing is happening what's going on?

I visualize my perfect size but it just doesn't happen

A. Visualization is a POWERFUL tool to use in creating your ideal body, but in and of itself won't work.

Why?

One of the reasons is called RESISTANCE.

You are visualizing exactly the way you want to look, however after doing that for awhile you SEE that nothing is happening and you become frustrated.

As you may know my other site I talk about The Law of Attraction and the biggest thing that takes you away from every getting lean body is your resistance of telling yourself "nothing is happening, this must happen, this is too slow".

The more you put out the energy of resistance the more you keep your body stuck.
The best thing to do is just allow it to happen and have the inner knowing that it's already there. This may seem like a challenging concept to grasp but it's the real SECRET. I had to go through the exact same situation to realize I was causing my own resistance.

Meditation is another great tool to let go of your resistance.
Simply quiet your mind and allow yourself to let go of any doubts, fears, or worries.
I find guided meditation or with soothing music works best.

Its not what I eat, but what I don't I guess. Whatever I am just ballooning and hate it worse every day. What else is left to get rid of it?

A. I can immediately sense from Laurie's email that she has a lot of resistance that I spoke about in the first question. I can understand how you feel and can say it really has nothing to do with what you are eating and everything to do with what you are feeling. Women will email me and say they are so frustrated with their bodies but when I talk to them it's NOT a body issue as it goes much deeper.
I know from experience it's the other areas of your life that are unbalanced.

If I was talking to Laurie I would ask her besides her body what areas of her life is she stressed about. It could be your relationship, your career, and of course how you deeply feel about yourself. I know you want the quick fix answer, but that's not me as I focus on the person as a whole and anything less is just a band-aid on the situation.

Go within yourself and find out what areas need to be balanced and address it!

How Long Will It Take?

If you find yourself asking that question which I received recently from Sharon, you are not alone. I know you want things to happen FAST. You want to wake up with washboard abs, slim hips, and firm glutes.

How long it takes is completely different from woman to woman.

If you find yourself impatient it DOES take longer.
If you find yourself frustrated it will seem like you will make no progress.

However if you commit to the process and tell yourself you are on the right
track and you will keeping taking daily inspired action, then you will see how
much faster things seem to speed up.

Patience and Persistence is key!

I have had women on my program see results in as little as one week, and others it may
take a few weeks. This is dependent on how your mind is programmed for success.

Q. How much time per day do I have to spend on this method?

Margaret is referring to my 6 Week Fat Burning & Mind Empowering System It takes about a few minutes a day of FOCUSED attention in working with your mind to create your ideal body. Additionally, to get maximum results workouts should be performed 4x week along with eating your fat burning meals. This does allow for what I call free meals too. If you are expecting to not do the work then this system is not for you. It's not a diet, but a system that you can apply for the rest of your life. It works for you by only doing what you want to focus on each day and week.

What I have found through my research, is that women do better taking on change in small easy steps to change their body. But this just isn't about changing your body, but changing your life!

How To Get Over Your Pre-Menopausal Weight Loss Challenges

Q. Pre-menopausal,finding it very difficult to loose weight/fat. I am doing 45min of cardio and lifting with dumbbells.

A. When I look at this statement it is too general. So here are some questions that I would ask you:

How much cardio are you doing per week?
What kind of cardio? Steady State or intervals
What kind of workouts are you doing? (full body or split body parts)
How long are you weight training sessions?
How much rest are you taking in between?
What is your intensity level when weight training?
How many reps and sets are you doing?
How many calories are you eating a day?
What is the break down of that? Protein, fat, carbs

As you can see from this list of questions and I still have more I would ask is that I don't have the specifics therefore I can't make any suggestions.

I would start writing everything down!

Also, many women want to say it's because they are pre-menopausal but if you really look at what you are doing and then tweak your program you will be able to get results.

It's frustrating I know, to workout and not see results and the important thing is to have all the specifics, then put a program into place and measure and test your results.

And of course the most important thing is telling yourself that you can change your body.
I don't buy into being a certain age and not being able to shed fat, it's really a decision that you make by declaring I will do what it takes.

Believe in yourself~!

Q. What do I need to eat?

A. I think most women tend to make this more complicated then it should be. Let me give you the 7 easiest tips for fat loss:

1. Eat lean proteins (chicken, fish, ect)
2. Eat throughout the day (this helps with cravings, and blood sugar)
3. Eat your starchy carbs either before and/or after workouts
4. Eat enough to support your muscle and to burn fat
5. Include your Essential Fatty Acids
6. Eat your fibrous carbs
7. Eat foods in their whole natural state

Of course I go into detail with this in my 6 Week Fat Burning System, but stick to these easy 7 tips and this is a great start!

The Power Of Your Thoughts

What do you tell yourself Monday morning?

Monday's Inspiration On Being Happy With Your Body and The Law of Attraction

I want to discuss the meaning of happiness with you and let me share this quote:

Many women think:
"If only I had the perfect body..I would be happy"
"If only I had the perfect relationship.. I would be happy"
"If only I had lots of money ..I would be happy"

Are you putting off your own happiness for outside circumstances to happen?
If you are, chances are you are keeping yourself STUCK in your life.
By putting off your happiness for future events, actually keeps you in the stuck energy and repels what you truly desire in your life.

If you want to improve your body, stop complaining about it and start loving it as it is right now, for that is the true SECRET in creating your ideal body.

If you have watched Oprah last week she is a true believer in The Law of Attraction, as she interviewed Louise Hay House, Author of You Can Heal Your Life. Louis Hay has spent years on showing how our body and our thoughts and feelings are connected.

Focus all your attention on what you want instead of what you don't want, it's that simple.

I get many emails from women across the world telling me how much they do not like their bodies and refer back to past events that happened in their lives or they fear the future.

Although, I am unable to email back a response to every email I receive let me tell you, I understand how you feel and I was there myself. I had to learn how to tap into my mind and unlearn all the negative beliefs, programs, and let go of my fears, doubts, and worries. I committed everyday to this and it changed my body and my life.

My message to you, is to empower yourself and take responsibility for both your body and mind. When you keep dwelling on the past and tell yourself or people "Your Story" it keeps you in the negative state of being stuck in your current weight.

Law Of Attraction- Inspirational Monday For Your Body , Mind, and Life

I decided to do an inspirational day, which will be every Monday.

I feel this is important because most women get up Monday morning feeling drained and uninspired. I will dedicate every Monday to just that and Wednesday to your Q. and A. about losing belly fat, slimming down hips, thighs, and any other question you may have.

If you don't know it already I am Co-Founder of Law of Attraction Network For Women.com which shows women how to take inspired action in EVERY area of their lives!

Ask yourself this question:
"How does having my ideal body affect the other areas of my life?"

This is a very important question to answer because if you are unbalanced in one area of your life, then you will find that going into the other areas.

If you don't know what the areas are, here they are:

Social

Let's take the example of career, your work that you are doing right now. Let's say you working at a job that you don't like and if you further examine your life here is what is going on.

You are not inspired to workout or eat healthy
You always feel that there is no time in the day
You feel stressed all the time and your mind feels foggy
You are tired all the time and can't seem to get any energy

It's important to stop and think right now how important all the areas in your life work together and the Law of Attraction is working by default for your body if you are not aware of what is going on in your life.

If you want better health then it's important to put out that energy to balance all the areas of your life!
