Fat Burning Recipe- Turkey Meatloaf

I love coming up with tasty fat burning recipes, and since I love turkey so much here's one I made just this past weekend, it's a turkey meatloaf. This recipe will help you lose stubborn belly fat, and get a nice lean flat stomach.

1 package of lean ground turkey meat
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup spinach
6 chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped spinach
1 bunch of chopped scallions
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 packet of buttermilk hidden valley mix
1 tbl. of organic ketchup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until meat is thoroughly combined with ingredients, except ketchup. Place in baking pan and pat down, then spread ketchup on top.
Place in oven at 375 for 15-20 min. The last few minutes switch to broil so the top gets a nice golden brown.

Fat Burning Turkey Burger Recipe

Fast Fat Burning Recipe


4oz low fat ground lean turkey meat
pinch of salt
1/4 cup spinach
5 almonds (chopped)
2 mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbl. of organic ketup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the meat is thoroughly combined with ingredients
Place in pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.

Cook each side until lightly brown on medium heat.

Serve with a salad, and/or rice.

Seared Tuna Salad

I made this the other day and it took me less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients:
5 Spice (look in your spice isle)
Salt
Pepper
Tuna (I like Ahi) 4oz.
Olive Oil 2 tsp.
Mesculin Greens
Red Onions
Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbl.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl then coat tuna on both sides.
Place one tsp. of olive oil in pan and sear each side on medium heat.

In bowl put lettuce, onions, balsamic, and olive oil then toss together.

Cut tuna in thin slices and place on salad

How To Make Recipes Like Martha Stewart...That Will Burn More Fat!

I love watching Martha Stewart cook, but unfortunately most of the dishes she makes have tons of calories. These are good to eat for a free meal, but not all the time if you're trying to lose unwanted fat and get lean. My mom is the next best thing to Martha Stewart because she makes decadent dishes too, but alas, they are just not on my program..unless it's the holidays then I will splurge a little.

I love cooking, but it has to be healthy otherwise forget it. That's why I created a fat-burning recipe book in my system with women in mind that want to eat healthy but without the guilt..and of course it has to taste good!

For breakfast this morning I made a crust-less quiche...it's so easy to make too!

Here is what you need:

Crust-Less Quiche Fat-Burning Breakfast

6 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccoli
1 tsp olive oil

Optional ingredients:

1 yolk
non-fat cheese or low fat
onions
peppers
non-fat or low fat cottage cheese

Try any or all of these for variety

Wisk eggs in bowl with dry ingredients until blended
bake in over at 350 degrees for about 30-40min
broil for the last 5 minutes if you want it golden brown on top

(Maybe I should of put flowers around the dish...if I really wanted to be like Martha Stewart..but I thought the place mat was as far as I was going to take it...LOL)

This is really easy in the morning to prepare this
As you are getting ready simply put this in oven
and if you take as long as my mom takes to get
ready in the morning...then it will be done way ahead
of time.

Fat-Burning Oatmeal Recipes That Will Help Reduce Belly Fat

One of my favorite fat-burning foods that will help women burn more fat, especially excess belly fat is oatmeal.

That is why I wanted to share some of my quick and tasty recipes for those of you who don't have a lot of time but want to slim down and tone up.

If you incorporate oatmeal every day in your fat-burning menu you will start to notice your belly shrinking rather than eating a bagel, toast, or sugary cereal. Oatmeal also is a great source of fiber which we need in order for our bodies to run like clockwork.

The following recipes can be prepared by stove top or microwave use 1/2 cup of water when cooking.

Peanut butter Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
1 tbl. of all natural peanut butter
microwave or cook on stove top stir in peanut butter

Pumpkin Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
dash of cinnamon dash of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of unsweetened pumpkin
1tbl of powdered non-fat milk

Egg Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
dash of cinnamon
1 packet of splenda
mix in 4 egg white while cooking oats

Maple Nut Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
Stir in syrup after cooking and top off with almonds
1 Tablespoon of no-sugar syrup 8 almonds

High Protein Oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
1-2 scoops of protein powder of your choice
after cooking stir in protein powder

Faux Cookie Dough Oatmeal (Yes that's right)
1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar)
Prepare this overnight or put in the freezer after cooking for about 30 min.
1 packet of splenda

This is a required taste but it tastes similar to cookie dough without the sugar and fat!
