Fat Burning Turkey Burger Recipe

Fast Fat Burning Recipe


4oz low fat ground lean turkey meat
pinch of salt
1/4 cup spinach
5 almonds (chopped)
2 mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbl. of organic ketup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the meat is thoroughly combined with ingredients
Place in pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.

Cook each side until lightly brown on medium heat.

Serve with a salad, and/or rice.
