New Year's Diet Resolutions

Many women will resolve to lose weight in the New Year and tell themselves that this is the year that they are going to do it. But come February, and somehow their goals got lost in the shuffle of everyday life.

Why does this happen and what can you do about it?

If you are one of those women, you can resolve right now to change.
Change happens once you make up your mind to change but it goes much deeper than that.

Stop looking for the next best diet for New Years, and start working on your mental fitness.
Examine the contents of your mind and you will see that you are the only one that is stopping you from getting six pack abs, lean legs, and sculpted arms.

How You Can Become The Biggest Loser

If you have been watching the TV show "The Biggest Loser" they just had the finals last night.
Many are in awe of how these people lost so much weight in a short amount of time.

The good thing about the show is that they weren't starving themselves, which of course is always short term. They worked their butts off for hours a day and ate to support their activity.

I find so many women will just go on crash diets, lose the weight and then gain it all back.
The key to losing the belly fat, and sculpting a lean body and keeping it is to eat and workout with intensity. If you really want to change your body you definitely want to weight train.

What about cardio? Some disagree and think that you really don't need cardio. I myself have found for women they do need it, especially losing the last 10lbs of belly fat. You can only go so low in calories, which when you do your metabolism crashes.

To be The Biggest Loser, or should I say winner..is to create a powerful vision for yourself.
This is seeing yourself from the end point. When you focus on what you want and see yourself as you are already their you will start melting fat, faster than ever. Too many women create resistance by focusing on exactly what they don't want.
