Alli weight-loss pill: Does it work

I got an email from a subscriber asking
if it does in fact work.

Here comes another diet pill trying to convince
dieters that is the solution to permanent weight loss.

After doing my research, as expected
I found some interesting finds.
This pill is offered over-the-counter and
is like a mild version of Xencial
(which is prescription drug to treat obesity)

How it Alli works:
Alli promotes weight loss by decreasing
absorption of fat by the intestines,
which reduces the number of calories you absorb.

But get this:
You can't eat more than 15 grams of fat
per meal while taking this and here are
some of the lovely side effects:

* Gas with an oily anal discharge
* Loose stools or diarrhea
* More frequent bowel movements
* Hard-to-control bowel movements

Alli can help you lose weight but the
it might be only a few pounds (and most
of that will be water and NOT fat),
and you have to continue to take it
otherwise the weight will come back on.

The drug also may pose risks for anyone who
takes blood-thinning medication or has
diabetes or thyroid disease.

How much does Alli cost?

A starter pack, which includes reference guides,
a daily journal and one month's supply of medication,
is about $60. A refill pack with a 40-day supply
of capsules is about $75.

The best answer for weight/fat loss is a combination
of using your mind to re-program yourself to get
results and reduce caloric intake and exercise.

I recommend investing your money in educating
yourself on the right fat loss program by a
skilled professional.

Believe it or not you can still enjoy eating the
things you want without gain fat.

Having the right tools to lose fat and keep it off
is far better than wasting your money on pills.
In the long run they never work for permanent results.

When it comes down to it it's the right information,
in the right order that will produce the results you want.
