We are powerful as women..we are the queen's of multitasking!

We do so much and are able to keep it together..it's just ingrained in us.

I know you might feel stressed with taking care of your family..and here's some helpful tips:


Plan to exercise in your schedule

Get up earlier to exercise

Get a babysitter
Get your husband to watch them ..tell him he get's extra points for that ;)
Exercise with your baby or child


Eat every 3 hours!

This will keep your energy levels up so you can keep up with your kids
and it will help you to turbo-charge your metabolism to burn fat.

How to eat on the go:

Pick a day a go shopping for the week
Prep and cook meals for the week
Bring your prepared meals with you in a cooler bag
you and your kids can benefit from healthy snacks and meals.


I have lots of post baby weight!

Relax...take it day by day
Look at what you can do for the day to get you closer to your goal
Each day adds up when you are thinking and doing only positive actions.


Practice being selfish!
