How to create a faster metabolism in 2009...
Happy New Year!
I hope you are excited to start the New Year off right...and this doesn't mean going on a diet either. In fact most women that make diet resolutions will fail to keep the weight off.
Why? Because diets and resolutions never work in the long run.
If you are focused on creating your ideal body this New Year, then you need to think differently...this means building your metabolism and working on yourself on a much deeper level.
You may ask what does working on myself have to do with my metabolism?
The answer is EVERYTHING!
I know this for a fact because it happened to me! I was allowing my life to spiral out of control and as a result my body was following and the only thing that allowed me to bring my body back was working on the inside.
What about nutrition?
Yes, that also is important too. If you want to create a faster metabolism then you will have to start eating more fat burning foods that I discuss in my 6-Week Fat Burning and Mind Empowering System
Oatmeal
Lean chicken
Green beans
Lentils
(and the list goes on)
Start there and watch your metabolism rev up like a furnace. Keep in mind that you also need to create workouts that are fat burning. This means using your whole body instead of just small muscle groups.
Most importantly start the New Year off right with feeding your mind first so that your body will follow.
